Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once packages have been picked up by our shipping company, we are no longer responsible for your package unless your item is defective.

Please inspect your package to ensure you have received all of your items and that nothing is defective.

 

What happens if my order is defective?

If you receive a defective item, please email us at support@nooshisnibbles.com or DM us on Instagram @nooshisnibbles with details and photos of the product defect within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will assess the situation and get back to you within 1-3 business days.

Product defects do not include physical damages to your package.

 

What if I'm missing an item?

If you are missing an item please let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. Take a photo of your contents laid out with the packaging and send us an email or DM with your name and order number.

 

If you are completely dissatisfied with our treats and chews please shoot us an email within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can try our best to help!
